About DinkCircle
DinkCircle is a free, independent tool for casual pickleball doubles. Its job is to turn a group of nicknames into a clear court plan.
Built for open play
A pickup group can change from one game to the next. DinkCircle shows who plays with whom, who rests, and how many games each person gets. You can print the entire session before playing or optionally track completed rounds and final scores.
The planner supports 4–24 players, 1–4 courts with four players per court, and 1–32 rounds. It prioritizes participation and uses a heuristic to reduce partner and opponent repeats. It does not assess skill, guarantee every possible matchup, or provide tournament rankings.
Simple on purpose
There is no account, subscription, payment, player database or live group backend. A session stays in your browser; a link is an independently viewable snapshot. Local saving and snapshot privacy explain what that means for your crew.

The four-player, five-player and nine-player examples contain real algorithm output, with fictional names and independently verified statistics. How It Works describes the setup and limitations.
Identity and assets
DinkCircle is provisional branding; trademark clearance has not been asserted. It is not affiliated with a governing body, venue or equipment brand. The sport photograph was generated for this project. The self-hosted Plus Jakarta Sans font uses the SIL Open Font License. Optional paddle sound is an original synthesized approximation and defaults off.
